º . Régimen Subsidiado. De conformidad con lo establecido en la Ley 100, el régimen subsidiado es el conjunto de normas que rigen la vinculación de los individuos y de su núcleo familiar al sistema general de seguridad social en salud, cuando tal vinculación se hace a través del pago total o parcial de una Unidad de Pago por Capitación Subsidiada, con recursos fiscales o de solidaridad.
