Artículo único. El Acuerdo número 3 de 1963 (enero23), del Consejo Intendencial de San Andrés y Providencia, sobre el reglamento para el funcionamiento interno del Consejo, quedará así: "ACUERDO NUMERO 3 DE 1963 (enero 23) por el cual se dicta el reglamento para el funcionamiento interno del Consejo Intendecial. El Consejo Intendencial de San Andrés y Providencia, en uso de sus facultades legales, y en desarrollo de lo dispuesto en el artículo 15 del Decreto reglamentario número 3272 de 1962, ACUERDA: TITULO PRIMERO De la Junta Preparatoria.
