Las multas contempladas en la presente Ley deberán ser pagadas dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la ejecutoria de la respectiva resolución. Si las multas no fueren pagadas dentro de ese término, se convertirán en arresto a razón de un (1) día por cada mil pesos (1.000,00) sin exceder de cinco (5) años.
