Lineamientos técnicos de atención diferencial para el acceso a la justicia . El Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho coordinará, con apoyo del Ministerio del Interior, la elaboración de protocolos para el acceso diferencial a la justicia de mujeres y hombres víctimas de violencia sexual, adultos mayores, niños, niñas y adolescentes, población LGBTI y personas con discapacidad, que permita contribuir a la efectiva atención de denuncias sobre agresiones basadas en el género, la identidad de género, la edad y la discapacidad.
