° Se expresará también en el contrato que en caso de que por cualquier causa legal, un extranjero llegue a adquirir en todo o en parte los derechos y obligaciones del contratista, o llegue a formar parte de la sociedad concesionaria, o en fin, llegue a tener interés en el contrato a título de socio o de comunero, dicho extranjero quedará sometido ipso facto no sólo a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior sino también a la Ley 145 de 1888 "sobre extranjería y naturalización," y demás leyes que la adicionan y reforman.
