Certificación de la Registraduría. En el término de un mes, contado a partir de la fecha de la entrega de los formularios por los promotores y hechas las verificaciones de ley, el respectivo Registrador del Estado Civil certificará el número total de respaldos consignados, el número de respaldos válidos y nulos y, finalmente, si se ha cumplido o no con los requisitos constitucionales y legales exigidos para el apoyo de la iniciativa legislativa y normativa o de la solicitud de referendo.
