Procedimiento para el pago de contratistas del Estado. Durante la vigencia de la Emergencia Sanitaria declarada por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, con ocasión de la pandemia derivada del Coronavirus COVID-19, las entidades estatales deberán implementar para la recepción, trámite y pago de facturas y cuentas de cobro de sus contratistas, mecanismos electrónicos, sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo 616.1 del Estatuto Tributario.
