El régimen jurídico de los trabajadores y pensionados del Banco de la República no se podrá desmejorar por virtud de la aplicación de la Ley 7º de 1973 y del presente Decreto y los derechos sociales de los mismos serán los determinados en los estatutos de la entidad, en su reglamento de trabajo y en las convenciones que se celebren con sus trabajadores.
