Los Institutos Pedagógicos dependerán del Ministerio del Ramo, pero tendrán un Consejo Directivo para cada uno de ellos, formado por el Rector y Vicerrector respectivos, y tres vocales nombrados por el Gobierno, dos de los cuales deberán ser Profesores del establecimiento.
