MESADA PENSIONAL DE NAVIDAD. A partir de la vigencia del presente estatuto, los exalumnos en goce de pensión o sus beneficiarios, tendrán derecho a que por el Tesoro Público se les pague una mesada de Navidad igual a la pensión que hayan devengado en treinta (30) de noviembre del respectivo año, la que debe pagarse en la primera quincena del mes de diciembre.
