LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.1.3.2.7. Remanente del Cupo de Emisión. El cupo de emisión de “Títulos de Tesorería -TES- Clase B” autorizado por el artículo 2.2.1.3.2.1. de la presente sección que no se haya utilizado para realizar pagos correspondientes a la vigencia presupuestal del año 2015 podrá ser utilizado en el año 2016 para atender las reservas presupuestales correspondientes a la vigencia del año 2015 y en todo caso se entenderá agotado el 31 de diciembre del año 2016.
