De la organización del control fiscal . Para el ejercicio de la vigilancia de la gestión fiscal de la administración, la Contraloría General de la República tendrá la siguiente organización externa: A. Auditorías Generales ante Ministerios, Departamentos Administrativos, Congreso Nacional, Ministerio Público y Rama Jurisdiccional. I. Auditorías Especiales ante las entidades descentralizadas adscritas o vinculadas. I.I. Auditorías Regionales. I.I.I. Revisorías Delegadas.

Parágrafo

Las Revisorías Fiscales de las Sociedades de Economía Mixta en las cuales el Estado tenga menos de 50% del capital social tendrán la categoría de las Auditorías Especiales.
