Resoluciones. Las prestaciones que según este Decreto queden a cargo del Tesoro Público, se regularán por medio de resoluciones dictadas por la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional. El reconocimiento de asignaciones de retiro y demás prestaciones que corespondan a la Caja de Suldos de Retiro de la Policía Nacional, se hará por medio de resoluciones del gerente, aprobadas por el Ministerio de Defensa.
