Artículo único. Concedase franquicia postal al Jefe del grupo de colonización de las regiones del Amazonas Caquetá y Putumayo dependiente del Ministerio de Industrias, única y exclusivamente para la correspondencia que dirija dentro del territorio de la República, relacionada con las funciones de su cargo. Comuníquese y publíquese.
