º . La Dirección General del Tesoro Nacional con los recursos destinados al Fondeg y, mientras son girados al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, podrá realizar las operaciones a ella autorizadas para el manejo de sus excedentes y el de los recursos que administra, las cuales deberá efectuar, a más tardar el día hábil siguiente, al de la radicación de la certificación de que trata el artículo cuarto del presente decreto.
