Art. 191. En caso de que alguno de los Contadores que formen la Sala de Apelación fuere de parecer contrario al de la mayoría, podrá salvar su voto exponiendo, en un libro de salvamento de votos que llevará el Administrador, los motivos en que funda su dictamen, firmando, sin embargo, la resolución que acuerde la mayoría.
