: Cuando por incumplimiento de las disposiciones del presente decreto, a juicio de la autoridad sanitaria, se deriven riesgos para la salud de las personas, deberán darse publicidad a tal hecho para prevenir a los usuarios, siempre y cuando la entidad administradora del sistema de suministro de agua no esté en condiciones de corregir en forma inmediata el problema presentado. Pararrayo. La publicidad a que se refiere el presente artículo será gestionada por la autoridad sanitaria competente del nivel respectivo.
