Se creará una instancia especial conformada por representantes de 6 organizaciones de mujeres colombianas nacionales y territoriales que tendrá interlocución permanente con la CSIVI. En el marco de la CSIVI se definirá su composición y funcionamiento en consulta con las organizaciones de mujeres.
