Sentencia. Vencido el término del traslado para alegar, el secretario inmediatamente pasará el expediente al despacho para que se dicte sentencia, sin que puedan proponerse incidentes, salvo el de recusación, ni surtirse actuaciones posteriores distintas a las de expedición de copias, desgloses o certificados, las cuales no interrumpirán el término para proferirla ni el turno que le corresponda al proceso. El secretario se abstendrá de pasar al despacho los escritos que contravengan esta disposición.
