Numeración en reserva . La numeración en reserva no podrá ser objeto de asignación o uso por parte de los operadores hasta tanto la Comisión de Regulación de Telecomunicaciones determine la apertura y asignación de la misma. La numeración que resulte de combinaciones no contempladas en la estructura establecida en el Plan Nacional de Numeración y Plan Nacional de Marcación, o como resultado de combinaciones definidas con números no asignados se considera en reserva y no puede ser utilizada.
