Congresistas en el régimen general de pensiones. La pensión de estos servidores estará sujeta al límite de veinticinco (25) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes. La tasa de cotización para los servidores de que trata este artículo será la establecida en el régimen general de pensiones, sin someterse al límite de veinticinco (25) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes. En todo caso, a partir del 1° de mayo de 2002, las pensiones de invalidez y sobrevivencia de todos los congresistas se someterán al régimen general de pensiones.
