Es nula elección de tres o más individuos, hecha por una corporación pública, cuando los votos emitidos en ella se hayan computado con violación del sistema adoptado, por el artículo 111 de esta Ley, o de cualquiera otro que se adopte, de acuerdo con el artículo 45 del Acto legislativo número 3 de 1910.
