Artículo tercero. El Comité estará integrado por

1.

El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil.

2.

El Presidente de la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil.

3.

El Secretario de Organización e Inspección de la Administración Pública.

4.

El Director de la Escuela Superior de Administración Pública. La Presidencia del Comité será rotativa, y actuará como su Secretario, el Director de la Oficina de Organización y Métodos de la Secretaría de Organización e Inspección de la Administración Pública.
