Art. 5.° La primera autoridad política de Málaga y la de la Uvita pasará personalmente el día último de cada mes una visita fiscal al respectivo almacén; remitirá una copia de la diligencia de este acto al respectivo Administrador departamental de Hacienda, por el inmediato correo, y como resultado final de la visita, autorizará con el correspondiente visto bueno el cuadro general del movimiento de especies y caudales de que trata el inciso 3° del artículo 1° de este Decreto.
