° Créase el Comité Asesor de Política Indigenista para el Departamento de la Guajira, adscrito al Ministerio de Gobierno. Este Comité tendrá carácter de Asesor del Gobierno Nacional y de los distintos organismos del Estado llamados por ley a buscar solución a las necesidades que afectan a las comunidades indígenas de dicho Departamento.
