°. Toque de queda. Los gobernadores y alcaldes, de conformidad con lo decidido en el Consejo Departamental y Municipal de Seguridad o en el respectivo Comité de Orden Público, y durante el período que se estime conveniente, podrán decretar el toque de queda, con el objeto de prevenir posibles alteraciones del orden público.
