º En desarrollo de la Ley 1º de 1982, las Loterías o Beneficencias podrán emitir formularios de distintos valores o nominaciones por los cuales los concesionarios pagarán un precio equivalente al 6% del monto total máximo de apuestas posibles por formulario. El valor de estos formularios no se cargará a los apostadores y representa el impuesto correspondiente.
