° En los edificios nacionales que se construyan en el futuro, a que se refiere el Decreto-ley 898 de 1955, las obras plásticas que los distingan y embellezcan, ajustarán su valor, en relación con los costos totales de la obra, en la siguiente forma: Para edificios de $ 500.000.00, a $ 999.999.99, el 3%. Para edificios de $ 1.000.000.00, a $ 1.999.999.99, el 2½%. Para edificios de $ 2.000.000.00, a $ 5.000.000.00, el 2%. Para edificios de cinco millones ($ 5.000.000.00) en adelante, el costo de la obra plástica no podrá ser inferior a ciento veinte mil pesos ($ 120.000.00).
