El registro de los vehículos de que trata el presente decreto se efectuará con el lleno de los requisitos exigidos por la Ley 769 de 2002, anexando para ello el documento oficial expedido por la DIAN o la Fiscalía General de la Nación o entidad adjudicadora. A estos vehículos se les asignará una nueva serie de placas.
