Admitida y escogida una propuesta se publicará un extracto de ella en el Diario Oficial, por tres veces, con indicación del Municipio o Municipios, linderos y demás datos que el Gobierno estime convenientes para que los posibles interesados puedan identificar el terreno en donde hayan de hacerse las explotaciones propuestas. Ninguna persona distinta de los interesados o sus representantes podrán consultar los expedientes de propuestas ni obtener dato alguno respecto al curso que lleven en el Ministerio las negociaciones.
