Artículo tercero. Las partidas correspondientes a sueldos, pensiones alimenticias, servicio de Restaurante Escolar y pago del servicio doméstico, serán giradas así: las Escuelas Vocacionales Agrícolas de Bolívar. (Antioquia), San Jerónimo (Antioquia), Boavila (Boyacá), Zetaquira (Boyacá), Ubaté (Cundinamarca), Aracataca (Magdalena), Candelilla (Espriella-Nariño), Chitagá (Norte de Santander), Salazar (Norte de Santander) Guacavia (Restrepo-Meta), San Andrés y Providencia, Leticia (Comisaría del Amazonas), y Escuela Vocacional para campesinas, de Piedecuesta (Santander), por conducto de los Profesores Habilitados de las respectivas Escuelas, designados por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, quienes deberán prestar la fianza que señale la Contrataría General de la República.
