PERTURBACION FUNCIONAL. Si el daño consistiere en perturbación funcional transitoria de un órgano o miembro, la pena será de cinco (5) a diez (10) años de prisión y multa de cinco (5) a cincuenta (50) salarios mínimos mensuales. Si fuere permanente, la pena será de seis (6) a doce (12) años de prisión y multa de cinco (5) a cincuenta (50) salarios mínimos mensuales.
