Quienes estén cumpliendo comisión de servicios en otra entidad serán evaluados y calificados por la entidad en la cual se encuentran en comisión, con base en el sistema que rija para la entidad en donde se encuentran vinculados en forma permanente. Esta evaluación será remitida a la entidad de origen.
