º . Adiciónese el artículo 19 del Decreto 688 del 10 de abril de 2002, con el siguiente

A partir del 1º de enero de 2002 los Representantes del Ministro de Educación Nacional ante Entidad Territorial continuarán percibiendo un veintiocho por ciento (28%) adicional a su asignación básica mensual, con cargo al presupuesto del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
