° Auxiliares del servicio aduanero. Quien se encuentre inscrito para realizar actuaciones de intermediación aduanera, en el trámite de asuntos que le sean encargados, actuará como un auxiliar del servicio aduanero, y en ejercicio de dicha función, deberá caracterizarse por conducta intachable, excelente reputación, imparcialidad absoluta y total idoneidad. La función de auxiliar del servicio aduanero no constituye una profesión. Como auxiliar del servicio aduanero colaborará con la Dirección General de Aduanas en las situaciones procesales que esta entidad indique, en la rendición de experticios relacionados con controversias que puedan surgir en el trámite de procesos de importación, exportación, tránsito y almacenamiento de mercancías.
