LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.4.1.1.7.2. Certificación del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social de las obligaciones por deudas reconocidas de contratos del régimen subsidiado. A solicitud de las entidades territoriales, el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social certificará:

La EPS, el periodo de causación de la obligación y el valor de la deuda reconocida por contratos del régimen subsidiado suscritos hasta marzo 31 de 2011, que no cuenten con fuente de financiación.

El monto de los recursos pendientes por restituir que no tienen fuente de financiación, en el marco de lo establecido en el artículo 5° de la Ley 1608 de 2013.
