° Rebájase al 100% de los recargos de las sucesiones ilíquidas causadas con anterioridad al primero de julio de 1956, siempre que los impuestos se cancelen antes del 1.° de abril de 1958. A la rebaja de recargos que por este Decreto se establece, le son aplicables las disposiciones pertinentes de los Decretos 901 de 1947 y 2512 de 1952.
