PRUEBAS PARA LA PROVISIÓN DE LOS EMPLEOS DIFERENTES A LOS DEL NIVEL PROFESIONAL DE LOS PROCESOS MISIONALES TRIBUTARIOS, ADUANEROS O CAMBIARIOS DE LA DIAN. Para la provisión de estos empleos se aplicarán las reglas dispuestas en el artículo 28 y en el numeral 29.1 del artículo 29 del presente decreto-ley. En la convocatoria del concurso se podrá prever la aplicación de pruebas con carácter eliminatorio como el polígrafo y otras de confiabilidad y/o transparencia.
