Articulo 2 º . Naturaleza. El Fondo Rotatorio de la Policía es un establecimiento público adscrito al Minidterio de Defensa Nacional, dotado de personería jurídica, autonomía administrativa y patrimonio propio, qie se reorganiza conrme a los Decreto 1050 y 3130 de 1968, 2353 de 1971, 2067 de 1984, 3571 de 1985, 2368 de 1993 y 2451 de 1993 y el presupuesto estatuto.
