El conductor de un vehículo de servicio público que sin causa justificada se niegue a prestar el servicio, incurrirá en multa equivalente a quince (15) salarios mínimos. Si como consecuencia de la no prestación del servicio público se ocasiona la alteración de orden público, se le suspenderá además la licencia de conducción hasta por seis (6) meses.
