º . El numeral 2 del artículo 14 del Decreto 616 de 2006, modificado por los Decretos 2838 de 2006 y 2964 de 2008, quedará así: "2. Una vez vencidos los plazos señalados para dar cumplimiento a los Planes de Reconversión, no se podrá comercializar leche cruda o leche cruda enfriada para consumo humano directo, salvo las excepciones establecidas para Zonas Especiales y las que el Gobierno Nacional determine".
