amends ley 2179/21

Modifíquese el literal c) del numeral 3 del artículo 134 de la Ley 2179 de 2021, el cual quedará así:

“C. PRESTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO EN CARGOS OPERATIVOS DE LOS PROCESOS MISIONALES. Al personal de oficiales, miembros del nivel ejecutivo a partir del grado de subintendente y suboficiales que cumplan los demás requisitos para ascenso, se les exigirá a partir del 1° de marzo del año 2031, el haber prestado mínimo un ( 1) año de servicio en cargos operativos de los procesos misionales de la Institución”.

En el caso del personal de Patrulleros del Nivel Ejecutivo, el citado requisito será exigible para el otorgamiento de las distinciones, a partir del 1° de abril del año 2031”.
