Transitorio. Los depósitos habilitados o autorizados por la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales con anterioridad a la vigencia del presente Decreto, conservarán su calidad como tales hasta el momento en que se homologuen conforme a los términos y condiciones señalados en el artículo 9º de este Decreto.
