Los Registradores de Instrumentos Públicos y Privados consignarán en la Superintendencia Nacional de Notariado y Registro de diez por ciento (10%) de sus recaudos líquidos, y destinarán el quince por ciento (15%) de su mismo producto líquido para aumentar las actuales remuneraciones de sus empleados, en forma proporcional a dichas asignaciones.
