Repetición de elecciones. La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio podrá ordenar que se efectúe una nueva elección cuando a su juicio se hayan cometido violaciones a las normas legales o a sus reglamentos. Cuando por decisión de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio fuere necesario repetir las elecciones, esta entidad mediante resolución convocará a unas nuevas, estableciendo el calendario que se deberá observar, teniendo en cuenta el procedimiento señalado en el presente Decreto.
