Si los documentos de crédito o los bonos dados en garantía fueren amortizados durante el término del depósito, el contratista estará obligado a cambiarlos por otros equivalentes, haciendo la entrega de los nuevos antes de obtener la devolución de los amortizados, todo lo cual se hará previa resolución del Ministerio, la que se dictará en el término de tres (3) días contados desde que el interesado presente su solicitud.
