Otorgamiento de permiso de caza deportiva. El permiso de caza deportiva se otorgará mediante resolución en la cual se exprese el área en la cual se puede practicar la caza, el tiempo, que no podrá ser superior a un año ni exceder al establecido para la temporada respectiva; la especie y el número de individuos que se permite capturar, las armas o implementos que puede utilizar y las obligaciones relacionadas con la protección de la fauna silvestre y demás recursos relacionados.
