º Cuando en un mismo instrumento se consignan dos o más actos o contratos, se causaran los derechos correspondientes a cada uno de ellos en su totalidad. Sin embargo no se cobraran derechos adicionales por la protocolización de los documentos necesarios para el otorgamiento de los actos o contratos que contenga la escritura, ni cuando se trate de garantías accesorias que se pacten entre las mismas partes para asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones surgidas de los actos o contratos otorgados.
