ARTICULO 89 . Las materias y los programas respectivos para los diferentes cursos de formación, complementación, o actualización a que se hace referencia en el presente Decreto, serán publicados oportunamente por la Autoridad Marítima, mediante el acto administrativo correspondiente, teniendo en cuenta para ello, no sólo el contenido y el espíritu de estas disposiciones sino también la práctica marítima internacional, y los adelantos técnicos del transporte marítimo.
