El pago del principal, intereses y comisiones originados en empréstitos externos o en la emisión, otorgamiento o garantía de títulos u otros documentos de deuda externa por parte de la Nación y demás entidades de derecho público, estarán exentos de toda clase de impuestos, tasas, contribuciones o gravámenes de carácter nacional.
